Job Title: /n Telecom Engineer- Instrumentation & Controls /n Summary: /n KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. /n We have opportunities with Integrated Solutions International Team which delivers high-end engineering services including front-end engineering design; project and program management; and engineering, procurement and construction management. /n Responsibilities: /n /n

- Shall be responsible for preparation of detailed engineering documents for telecom systems:

/n

- System architecture, block diagrams, technical specifications, data sheets

/n

- Cable routing, Telecom Installation drawing, wiring, schedule termination details

/n

- Shall be responsible for Design of Telecom systems including:

/n

- Fiber optic networks, structured cabling, and LAN/WAN infrastructure

/n

- TETRA, VHF/UHF radio systems, Satellite communications (VSAT), microwave links

/n

- CCTV, PA/GA, access control, and intrusion detection systems, VoIP/PBX, intercom,



and video conferencing systems

/n

- Shall be responsible for evaluating vendor proposals, prepare material requisitions (MRs), and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBEs).

/n

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure design compliance and timely delivery of telecom packages.

/n

- Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and commissioning of telecom systems.

/n

- Shall be responsible for ensuring telecom designs meet relevant international standards (e.g., ITU, IEC, NEC, IEEE) and comply with HSE, Ex, and project-specific requirements.

/n

- Interface with other engineering disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, process, civil) to ensure integrated and clash-free telecom design.

/n

- Shall support site teams with technical clarifications, installation supervision, and redlining of as-built documentation.
