About the Role

Elite Proteins is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in the sports nutrition industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be comfortable handling customer queries, orders, complaints, and product-related information.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about sports nutrition products, pricing, availability, and offers.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their requirements.
- Handle order booking, order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or delivered orders.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.




- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
- Meet assigned customer service and sales-related targets.
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, e-commerce, or a similar profile.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from the sports nutrition, health & wellness, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail industry will be preferred.
