Role Description This is a remote, contract Telemarketer role focused on supporting Science Xplorers’ educational programs. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective families, schools, and community partners to introduce offerings, answer questions, and generate interest in science programs. Daily tasks include explaining program advantages, handling basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the program team.

The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, updating contact information, and meeting agreed-upon call and conversion targets.



Collaboration with internal staff to relay feedback from prospects and improve outreach scripts is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging diverse audiences and building rapport over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure a positive experience for callers.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify needs, present program benefits effectively, and encourage enrollment or further engagement.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate calls, book consultations, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
- Comfort with remote work, basic computer proficiency, and experience using CRM or call-tracking tools are beneficial.
- Prior telemarketing, education outreach, or sales experience is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in science education.

Contract : Initially this is a 3 month contract job and based on performance would be confirmed to full time .

Salary : Base salary INR 15000 and attractive incentive for conversion.
