Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Executive role based at HRG Hair & Skin Clinic in Rohini.

The Telesales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and explain clinic services, procedures, and pricing to potential and existing patients. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, booking consultations, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the clinic’s CRM or call tracking systems. The individual will provide courteous customer support, address basic concerns, escalate complex queries to appropriate team members,



and coordinate with the front desk and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Regular activities also involve meeting daily and monthly call, conversion, and revenue targets while adhering to clinic protocols and privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and the ability to explain medical services in simple terms.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally, build trust, and manage patient expectations with empathy.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture leads, convert inquiries into consultations, and meet telesales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or call management tools, and the ability to maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Prior experience in telesales, call center, or clinic/hospital front-office roles preferred; healthcare or cosmetic/aesthetic domain experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini during full-time clinic hours, manage high call volumes, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher secondary (12th pass); graduation in any discipline is preferred.
