Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products/services and generate sales opportunities Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain customer records and update CRM systems Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales Build and maintain robust customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
