Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Telesales Executives to handle Gold Loan-related sales and customer interactions for a banking client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to Gold Loan products
- Explain loan products, eligibility, features and perks to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
