- Provide remote technical sales, service, and support for customers across India.

- Support customers by identifying technical requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring high-quality service.

/n /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Provide remote technical sales and support through active outbound calls across India.

/n

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

/n

- Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and application support.

/n

- Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities.

/n

- Visit customer sites occasionally for technical discussions, negotiations, and on-site support.

/n

- Stay updated with newly introduced products, technologies, and industry developments.

/n

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.

/n

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.





/n /n /n /n Qualifications & Skills /n /n

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

/n

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronic Maintenance.

/n

- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, automation, and maintenance practices.

/n

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

/n

- Ability to understand technical applications and provide practical solutions remotely via telephone.

/n

- Willingness to learn current products, technologies, and provide ongoing technical support.

/n

- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, negotiations, and site support.

/n

- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote support environment.
