Telesales Executive – Kochi Company: Shaadi.com – People Interactive Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: 6 Months Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Kochi team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant Shaadi.com services, and converting leads into successful sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Shaadi.com services. Generate sales through effective telephonic communication and follow-up. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversion opportunities. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information about products and services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.



Work closely with the team and management to achieve business targets. RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling .

Candidates with experience in B2C sales, relationship management, or customer-facing sales roles are preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Malayalam communication skills are preferred/required for the Kochi location.
