We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Call potential and existing customers to pitch products and services.

Understand customer requirements and guide them toward the right solutions.

Maintain a database of client calls, follow-ups, and sales statuses.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling,



or customer support (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Language: Good communication skills in Hindi or local regional languages. (English fluency is not mandatory).

Strong persuasive skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette.
