About the Role We are looking for confident and motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our team. The role is focused on selling Ayurvedic medicines/products to customers through phone-based sales.

Key Responsibilities Make calls to customers and explain our Ayurvedic medicines . Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products as per company guidelines. Confidently explain product usage, pricing, offers and other relevant information.

Convert customer conversations into successful sales. Follow up with interested customers and close sales. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. Maintain proper customer and sales details in the CRM/dialer.

Follow the company's sales process and calling guidelines. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while discussing sensitive customer requirements. Work closely with the team to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable talking about Ayurvedic medicines with customers. Confident and comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally.



Basic computer knowledge. Valuable listening and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. BPO, telecalling, telesales or direct sales experience will be an added advantage.

Working

Details 6 working days and 1 weekly off. Shift timings as per business requirements. Training will be provided. Incentives may be provided based on sales performance.
