We are hiring a versatile Operations Executive to handle office-based client calling and on-ground tour guiding. This dual role is perfect for energetic graduates who possess a blend of strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and a passion for travel leadership.Key Responsibilities:

- Inside Sales: Make outbound calls to prospects, explain travel packages, and close bookings.

- Tour Guiding: Lead and accompany travel groups on-site, delivering engaging information and managing the itinerary.

- Tech Logistics: Use digital tools and Excel to coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and tracking systems.

- Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for traveler queries, both over the phone and in person.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in BE, BCA, BSc, CS (for tech/analytical execution) or BBA, MBA (for sales/management).

- Skills: Excellent English and [Insert Regional Language] verbal communication.

- Tech Skills: Proficient with mobile apps, navigation tools, and MS Office.
