About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional, confident, and articulate Telecaller to join our team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polished professional personality, and solid client-handling abilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer calls, communicating with clients, addressing queries, coordinating requirements, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Manage customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with customers regularly and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Handle multiple customer conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior management when required.

- Highly fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Hindi and Marathi.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident, presentable, courteous, and professional personality.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customers calmly and professionally.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
