Job Title: Tender Manager – Construction

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Government/Private tendering, preferably in the construction industry. The candidate should be capable of independently preparing, coordinating and submitting tenders and should also have working knowledge of Procurement MIS and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable Government, PSU and Private construction tenders through various e-tender portals.
- Study NIT/RFP/tender documents and prepare a complete tender requirement & eligibility checklist.
- Prepare and compile Technical and Financial Bids as per tender conditions.
- Handle complete online tender submission, including document uploading, DSC, EMD/BG details and final bid submission.
- Prepare BOQ, bid-related calculations and necessary tender documentation.
- Coordinate for required credentials, work experience certificates, turnover, solvency, affidavits, undertakings and other statutory documents.
- Track corrigenda, pre-bid queries, tender opening, technical evaluation and financial results.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quoted rates, competitors, L1/L2 positions and tender status.
- Coordinate with management, project,



accounts and procurement teams for tender-related information.
- Enter and regularly update Procurement/MIS data, including material requirements, enquiries, quotations, comparative rates, purchase orders and delivery status.
- Assist in vendor quotation comparison and maintain updated vendor/material rate databases.

Required Skills
- 5-7 years of tendering experience, preferably in Civil/Building/EPC construction.
- Solid knowledge of Government e-Tendering procedures and portals.
- Ability to independently prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids.
- Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office and MIS reporting/data entry.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Good documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work accurately under strict tender submission deadlines.

Preferred Qualification Graduate / Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Commerce / Management or equivalent.
