About the Company

We are a growing company working with Government Departments, PSUs and other government institutions for manpower/service contracts and supply of products.

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive / GeM Executive who can independently handle government tendering activities from tender identification to bid submission and post-bid follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

- Search and identify suitable tenders on GeM and other government e-procurement portals.
- Handle the complete GeM bidding process for manpower/services and product supply.
- Analyse NIT, RFP, BOQ, PQC, ATC, Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, GCC/SCC and other tender documents.
- Check tender eligibility and qualifying parameters including:
- Turnover
- Similar work experience
- Work orders/completion certificates
- EMD/Bid Security
- Performance Security
- GST
- EPF/ESIC
- MSME/Udyam
- OEM authorization
- Certifications
- Manpower requirements
- Financial & technical criteria
- Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, compliance sheets, declarations and undertakings.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Operations, vendors and management for tender documents.
- Calculate/coordinate pricing for manpower, services and product supply tenders.
- Handle Reverse Auction / L1 bidding, wherever applicable.
- Track corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications and tender deadlines.
- Monitor technical evaluation, financial evaluation, L1 status and award/work order.
- Maintain a proper Tender Tracker and Bid Database.




- Ensure 100% compliance and timely submission of tenders.

Government Portals

Candidate should have practical experience with:

- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPPP / Central Public Procurement Portal
- Bihar e-Procurement
- State Government e-Tender Portals
- PSU Tender Portals
- IREPS, where applicable
- Other Central/State Government procurement portals

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have practical hands-on experience in:

- GeM Tender/Bid Participation
- Government e-Tendering
- Tender Document Analysis
- PQC/Eligibility Analysis
- Technical Bid Preparation
- Commercial Bid & BOQ Preparation
- Tender Compliance
- Government Procurement Documentation
- Reverse Auction
- MS Excel & MS Word
- PDF/document handling
- Tender deadline management

Strongly Preferred

Experience in manpower/service tenders AND product/supply tenders.

Experience with Bihar Government tenders will be an added advantage.
