Role Description The Tendering Specialist role at Digital Reach Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Tendering

Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs. Day-to-day tasks include developing and writing proposals, preparing cost estimates, compiling technical and commercial bid responses, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with sales, technical,



and finance teams to align tender submissions with company capabilities and pricing strategies.

The Tendering

Specialist will also track tender outcomes, maintain tender documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience handling complete bid cycles.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret tender requirements, assess risks, and prepare competitive pricing and technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and proposal writing skills to create clear, persuasive, and compliant tender documents.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; experience in IoT, industrial automation, or technology solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), attention to detail, and a collaborative working style.
