We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive who has hands-on experience in operating the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal and various State Procurement Portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documentation, submitting bids online, and managing the entire tendering process.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and different State Government Procurement Portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and quotations within deadlines.
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, and order processing on the GeM portal.
- Maintain all tender-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documents required for tender submission.
- Monitor tender status, corrigendums, bid results, and contract awards.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and government procurement policies.
- Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, and order management on the GeM platform.
- Track upcoming tenders and maintain a tender calendar.




- Liaise with government departments and procurement authorities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience working with the GeM Portal and State Procurement Portals.
- Strong understanding of the tendering and government procurement process.
- Experience in online bid submission and document preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF documentation).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling reverse auctions on GeM.
- Familiarity with multiple state e-procurement portals.
- Knowledge of vendor registration and product catalog management on GeM.
