Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / EEE

Experience: Experience in GEM Portal & E-Tendering (Kerala) preferred

Location: Kerala

Job Responsibilities

- Handle Government tenders, GEM Portal and Kerala e-Tendering activities from tender identification to submission.
- Search, evaluate and track relevant tenders related to LED lighting, electrical and solar products.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents.
- Analyze tender specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, technical requirements and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Design and Accounts teams to collect required information and documents for tender submission.
- Prepare accurate costing, pricing and estimation based on project requirements and company standards.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all tender requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, deadlines and follow-up activities.
- Monitor tender updates, corrigendums and clarification requirements.




- Assist in preparing technical documents, compliance statements and supporting documents for tender participation.

Requirements
- B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / EEE.
- Practical knowledge of GEM Portal and e-Tendering Kerala.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, costing or government project bidding will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of LED lighting, electrical products, solar products and related technical specifications is preferred.
- Valuable analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and other basic office applications.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Government/PSU tenders, GEM procurement, Kerala e-Tendering, LED lighting projects and electrical/solar product estimation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
