Job DescriptionFourth Frontier is looking for a talented, self-driven Territory manager to join our expanding team.
NAs a territory manager, you will own the complete B2B clinical
Nsales cycle within your assigned geography and generate leads, identify and approach
Nhospital accounts, cardiology departments, standalone cardiac clinics, diagnostic centres, rehabilitation centres and
Nhealthcare facilities.
NKey Areas of Responsibility:
NThe key responsibilities of this role will include:
NTerritory Planning & Institutional Account Development
N- Build and execute a structured territory plan covering cardiology
Ndepartments, cardiac rehab units, multispecialty hospitals, and
Ndiagnostic centres.

- Map accounts by patientload, existing flow and prioritise accordingly.
N
- Identify key stakeholders within each institution: cardiologists,
N
nelectrophysiologists, department heads, nursing coordinators, biomedical
Nteams, and procurement committees.
N- Open new institutional accounts through structured outreach, clinical
Npresentations, and proposal submissions.
NGrowth & Account Management
N- Drive consistent growthin prescription volumes and patient enrolments
Nat each active account.
N- Track per-doctor prescription trends;
proactively re-engage
Nlow-prescribing accounts with clinical reminders, case studies, andoutcome data.
N- Identify upsell opportunities, additional device units, extended
Nmonitoring plans, department-wide roll-outs or platform integration.

- Build long-term institutional relationships that translate into revenue
N
- Manage account-level discipline: device utilisation, repeat orders, and
N
nservice satisfaction.
NKey Opinion Leader (KOL) Development
N- Identify high-influencecardiologists and electrophysiologists within the
Nterritory and nurture them into clinical advocates and KOLs
N- Co-ordinate with the clinical research team to provide KOLs with clinical
Ndata packs, publication support,
and conference representation.
NCompetitive Intelligence & Market Development
N

- Monitor competitor activity and build structured counter-positioning responses.
N
- Share structured marketintelligence with the team focused on pricing, objections, competitor claims, and clinical feedback.
N
nReporting & CRM Hygiene
N- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records of all interactions, account
Nstatus, pipeline stage, and deal progression.
N- Submit daily call reports, weekly territory coverage plans, and monthly
Nbusiness review decks on schedule.
N- Track and self-report on core KPIs: visits per day, demos conducted,
Nprescriptions initiated, current accounts opened.
NExperience:
N- 1–3 years of B2B field sales experience in medical devices, cardiac diagnostics, hospital equipment, or
Ncardiology-focused pharma.
N- Prior exposure to ECG devices, Holter monitors, ambulatory cardiac
Nmonitoring, telemetry, orremote patient monitoring is strongly preferred.
N- Proven ability to sell to cardiologists, department heads, and hospital
Nprocurement managing complex institutional sales cycles.
N- Established network of cardiologists and hospital contacts within the
Ntarget territory is a significant advantage.
N- Consistent track recordof target achievement with data to back it up.
NQualifications: Education:
N- B.Sc (Life Sciences / Physics / Electronics / Biomedical), B.Pharm,
Nor B.E. (Biomedical Engineering).
