- Conducting regular visits with AMOs to provide on-the-job training and ensure alignment with sales targets, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Set examples by onboarding Booking Offices during field vsits
- Proactively addressing any challenges or issues faced by the team, employing effective problem-solving strategies to maintain sales momentum and drive results.
- Taking ownership of delivering targets across different business metrics including acquisition and retention
- Implementing a disciplined approach to track input metrics such as attendance, meeting participation, optimizing team efficiency and productivity.




- Understand customer data and provide directions to CROs to ensure frequent and productive engagement with customers"
