- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Functional test design and execution - Manual testing (API/UI) - Defect management -Test and defect management tools (e.g. JIRA, Gitlab) - Agile methodology - Test management and coordination - Expertise in test automation (e.g. Java, Selenium, Cucumber) Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
