Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process automation solutions using LabVIEW software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop strategies for implementation.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints.
- Analyze data to optimize production processes, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
- Robust background in project management, process optimization, and process automation using LabVIEW software.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and develop strong supplier relationships through supplier development initiatives.
