Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics

Location: Sikar, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Mathematics effectively to students at the Middle and Secondary levels.
- Develop students' numerical ability, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Use activity-based, experiential, and real-life examples to make mathematical concepts easy to understand.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor students' academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support and individual attention where required.
- Encourage students to participate in Mathematics competitions, quizzes, projects, and other academic activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records, student progress reports, and lesson documentation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.




- Prepare students effectively for CBSE examinations and assessments.
- Participate in school events, workshops, competitions, and teacher training programs.
- Collaborate with the Mathematics department and academic leadership to improve learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: B.Sc./B.A./M.Sc./M.A. in Mathematics or relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent.
- Strong command of Mathematics and its application to real-life situations.
- Prior teaching experience at the TGT level, preferably in a CBSE school, will be an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
