We are seeking a confident and passionate TGT English Teacher with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students to develop strong language and literary skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare effective lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Conduct class tests, assignments, examinations, and remedial sessions.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
- Maintain classroom discipline and student records.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant graduate/postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Clear pronunciation and confident public speaking ability.
- Solid classroom management skills.
- Creative and interactive teaching approach.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Good assessment, lesson-planning, and documentation skills.
- Basic computer/digital teaching skills.
- Professional, patient, responsible, and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
