Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Science

Location: Sikar, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Science effectively to students at the Middle and Secondary levels.
- Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-based teaching methods to develop scientific thinking.
- Conduct practical activities, experiments, demonstrations, and projects safely and effectively.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and curiosity towards Science.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
- Regularly assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and interventions.
- Maintain accurate academic records, student progress reports, and other documentation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
- Participate in school events,



academic activities, workshops, competitions, and teacher training programs.
- Collaborate with the Science department and academic leadership to improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of laboratory equipment and resources.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science or relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Science as applicable to the assigned classes.
- Prior teaching experience at the TGT level, preferably in a CBSE school, will be an advantage.
- Solid classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging practical and laboratory-based learning.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Analytical, creative, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Strong planning, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
