Job Opening: Theatre & Drama Facilitator

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced Theatre & Drama Facilitator to join our academic team and develop students' confidence, creativity, communication, and performance skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Theatre, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in teaching/training students in a reputed school, theatre group, academy, or institution.
- Robust knowledge of theatre techniques, acting, improvisation, stagecraft, and storytelling.
- Ability to conduct engaging drama and theatre workshops for different age groups.
- Experience in directing school plays, productions, stage performances, and cultural programmes.
- Strong communication, student engagement,



and classroom management skills.
- Ability to develop students' confidence, expression, teamwork, and public-speaking skills.
- Familiarity with digital theatre tools, basic audio/video production, and contemporary performance formats will be an advantage.
