What we’re looking for

→ At least 1 year of experience designing YouTube thumbnails

→ Someone who can work rapid without compromising on quality

→ Strong understanding of what makes a thumbnail clickable

→ Someone who can take feedback well, iterate, and make changes quickly

→ A strong portfolio that clearly showcases your work

→ Good eye for composition, storytelling, typography and visual hierarchy

→ Ability to understand a video/topic and turn it into an engaging thumbnail

→ Someone reliable and comfortable working with deadlines
