About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tour Operator to plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements and tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer requirements, preparing customized itineraries, coordinating with hotels and travel partners, and ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, activities, and other travel services.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, transport vendors, guides, and other travel partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates with vendors and ensure cost-effective packages.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, cancellations, amendments, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and travel documents.
- Ensure timely coordination before and during the customer's journey.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Stay updated with destinations, hotels, travel trends, packages, and seasonal offers.




- Ensure all travel arrangements meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, transportation, and tourism services.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and travel/booking platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in travel agencies, tour operations, hotels, resorts, or hospitality will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, customer-oriented, and sales-driven , with the ability to independently manage tour bookings and coordinate multiple travel services efficiently. Note: Candidates with experience in resorts, destination management companies (DMCs), travel agencies, or corporate travel will be preferred.
