We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented International Tour Package Sales Executive who has good knowledge of international destinations and experience in handling travel enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing customized tour packages, generating quotations, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

- Understand customers’ travel requirements, budget and preferences.

- Suggest suitable international destinations, tour packages and travel options.

- Design customized itineraries including hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing and other travel services.

- Prepare accurate quotations, costing and package proposals.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and conversion targets.

- Handle customer negotiations and provide suitable package options.

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers and internal operations teams.





- Provide basic guidance regarding visa requirements, travel documentation and other travel arrangements.

- Maintain customer details, lead status and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

- Stay updated with international destinations, travel trends, offers and supplier rates.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of International Tour Packages and popular international destinations.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of itinerary planning and travel package costing.

- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion ability.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic knowledge of flights, hotels, visas and travel documentation.

- Knowledge of CRM/MS Excel and travel booking platforms will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
