Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Traffic Manager role based in Pataudi.

The Traffic

Manager will oversee daily transport operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles, monitoring fleet movements, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role involves coordinating with drivers, operations staff, and customers to resolve issues, manage route planning, and optimize vehicle utilization.

Manager will track shipment status, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies. The role also includes analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement,



supporting cost control initiatives, and contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid transport operations and traffic management skills, including route planning, fleet coordination, and dispatch control.
- Experience with logistics processes, documentation, and compliance, preferably within road transport or express cargo services.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and transport management systems for tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle time-sensitive issues and operational challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, staff, and customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, records, and multiple concurrent shipments.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to road transport and fleet operations.
- Relevant experience in traffic or operations management; a background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation is an advantage.
- Preferred educational qualification: diploma or degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pataudi and be available for operational needs that may extend beyond standard working hours.
