We are hiring engineering freshers who have foundational knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA). Based on the candidate’s technical strengths and career preference, they will be placed in a suitable role.

QA / Software Testing Role

Key Responsibilities (QA)

- Understand requirements and create test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using standard tools.
- Participate in regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing.
- Understand automation basics and assist in test script creation (if trained).
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure product quality.

Required Technical Skills (QA)

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Understanding of manual testing concepts:
- Test case design
- Bug life cycle
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Basics of Automation Testing (Selenium/Java) is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation.
- Familiarity with tools (JIRA, Postman) is an advantage.

General Skills (Common for Both Roles)

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Eligibility

- B.E/B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, or relevant field
- Training or coursework in Java, Testing, or Software Development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
