: Trainee Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruiter to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews and share role details.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment tracker or ATS.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment reports and other hiring activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualities
- Interest in recruitment, HR, and people operations.
- Confidence in making phone calls and conducting initial candidate conversations.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, or internships in HR is a plus.
