About The Job

We are hiring fresh graduates for our 12-month Apprenticeship Training Program under NAPS/NATS Government of India.

Locations: Gurgaon & Bangalore | Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Stipend: As per Government norms

Domain: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong sales-oriented approach to successfully deliver candidates and meet business targets.

Educational Qualification

- 2025 Batch Graduates B.Tech / BE / BCA / B.Sc. – IT/CS
