Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for students and young adults on Motivation, Behavioural Skills, Soft Skills, Communication, and Personality Development.
- Customize content to audience needs using interactive and activity-based methods.
- Represent the University at conferences and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for program planning and delivery.
Requirements
- Experienced Trainer/Speaker with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience working with students and young adults.
- Willingness to travel.
