Don't Just Teach Skills. Prepare Young People for Work.
Knowing Excel is one thing.
Helping a young person understand how to use it confidently in their first job is another.
At Lighthouse Communities Foundation, we work with young people from underserved communities to help them build the skills, confidence, and workplace readiness they need to move towards sustainable livelihoods.

You'll teach practical office and digital skills, help learners build workplace confidence, support their career preparation, and create a learning environment where young people feel capable of taking their next step.
If you're someone who enjoys teaching, knows Excel inside out, and genuinely wants to see your students succeed beyond the classroom, this role could be for you.
