Job Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for international holiday packages received through various channels.
- Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel experiences.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Negotiate and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Maintain regular and accurate updates of leads and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on international destinations, hotels, travel regulations and new travel products.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:

- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and positive personality.
- Basic knowledge of international destinations and geography.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Willingness to make calls and follow up consistently with clients.
- Strong sales orientation and a desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in international travel sales,



holiday packages, travel agencies, hotels or related sales roles will be preferred.
- Candidates from Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Hotel Management backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
