Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting clients with comprehensive travel planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on destinations, transportation options, and accommodations, as well as preparing itineraries that align with budgets and preferences.

The role involves managing bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, packages, and ancillary services, while ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.

The Travel

Consultant will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.



Additional responsibilities include coordinating with travel partners, updating travel records, and staying informed about travel regulations, offers, and promotions relevant to clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and optimize itineraries for diverse client needs.
- Robust skills in coordinating Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations across flights, hotels, and related services.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, problem resolution, and maintaining professional client relationships.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS or similar systems, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online research).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment is preferred; a diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, documentation requirements, and current trends in the travel industry is beneficial.
