We're Hiring – Operations Executive (Travel & Tourism)

Location: Panjim, Goa

HVMG Consultant Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in the travel industry and enjoy delivering exceptional travel solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage visa applications for various destinations.
- Handle flight reservations and ticketing .
- Create and coordinate domestic and international holiday packages .
- Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Ensure smooth booking, documentation, and travel operations.
- Provide prompt customer support throughout the travel process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely execution of travel services.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and processing.




- Experience in holiday package planning and reservations.
- Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
