As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

1. Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our tour packages.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Provide personalized travel recommendations and itinerary planning to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
7. Collaborate with the across team to develop promotional strategies and materials to support sales efforts.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and expand the client base.
10. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.

Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Travel Consultant based in Jaipur.

The Travel

Consultant will assist in designing customized itineraries, suggesting destinations and activities, and preparing detailed travel plans aligned with traveler preferences and budgets. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination information, coordinating travel arrangements such as accommodations and local transport, and supporting reservation processes.



The role involves maintaining accurate trip records, following up with travelers before and after journeys, and collaborating with the team to improve packages based on traveler feedback. Interns will also help with basic administrative tasks and may contribute to content updates about destinations and experiences offered by Lazy Yatra.

Qualifications

- Strong Travel Consulting skills, with the ability to understand traveler needs and recommend suitable destinations and experiences.
- Experience or interest in Travel Management, including organizing complete itineraries and coordinating logistics.
- Ability to handle Travel Arrangements such as accommodation, transport, and activities in an efficient and organized manner.
- Customer Service skills to manage queries, provide explicit information, and maintain a positive traveler experience.
- Familiarity with Reservations processes for hotels, transport, and activities, including use of booking tools or platforms.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills, especially in dynamic travel situations.
- Interest in Indian and international travel destinations; prior travel experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field; motivated students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
