Key Responsibilities

- Handle

US travel PPC leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and modifications

.

- Handle car rental and cruise bookings and generate additional sales opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.

- Upsell/cross-sell relevant travel products to maximize revenue.

- Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets

.

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.

- Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate booking/customer records.

Requirements

- Minimum

1 year of experience in US Travel Sales/PPC

.

- Hands-on experience with flights, cancellations, car rentals and cruise bookings

.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving monthly targets

.

- Valuable communication skills and ability to handle US customers.

- Willingness to work in

US shifts from Noida office

.
