Salary: 4-6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound US PPC calls related to domestic and international flight bookings.

- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.

- Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual revenue targets.

- Assist customers with reservations, fare quotations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

- Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.

- Follow up on leads to maximize booking conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in US travel sales.

- Mandatory experience handling

US PPC flight booking calls

.

- Proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets.

- Robust knowledge of flight booking processes and fare calculations.

- Experience with GDS systems such as

Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
