About the Role

We’re looking for Travel Sales Consultants who know how to convert travel enquiries into confirmed international bookings.

You’ll work with customers looking for international flights and holidays, understand their requirements, recommend the right options, negotiate confidently and close the sale.

This is a sales-focused role for people who enjoy targets, closing and earning through performance.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound travel enquiries through calls and email.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel plans.
- Recommend and sell international flights, holidays travel solutions.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close sales.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in Travel Sales / International Travel Sales.




- Experience in international flights, holiday packages or travel consulting preferred.
- Solid spoken and written English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Proven ability to follow up and close sales.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset.
- Comfortable working UK afternoon/evening shifts.
