Assistara Global Service Ltd. is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executives to join our US PPC Travel Process in Noida Sector 136. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the international travel sales process and hands-on experience handling travel products such as Flights, Cruises, Car Rentals, Hotel Bookings, and other travel-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries from US customers and assist them with their travel requirements.
- Sell and promote flight tickets, hotel bookings, cruises, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, availability, itineraries, and booking policies.
- Convert leads/inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services to maximize revenue.




- Maintain a high level of customer service while handling international customers.
- Follow up with customers and leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system.
- Meet individual and team sales, quality, and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales / International Travel Process.
- Prior experience handling US customers is preferred.
- Must have experience dealing with Flights, Cruises, Car Rentals, Hotel Bookings, or similar travel products.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a US shift/night shift setting.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Candidates with experience in US PPC / Travel Sales / International Travel BPO will be preferred.
