Role Description The Travel Specialist will work full time on-site in Gurugram, supporting travel agents and tour operators with end-to-end Europe travel planning and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing itineraries, managing FIT and group bookings, arranging transportation and accommodation, and coordinating sightseeing and land services. The role involves handling travel queries, providing accurate information on routes, schedules, and pricing, and ensuring timely confirmations and documentation.

The Travel

Specialist will liaise with suppliers and internal teams,



resolve service issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of European destinations to help clients sell Europe with confidence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements, including booking accommodations, transport, and sightseeing services.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for interacting with travel partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage queries, address concerns, and deliver a positive partner experience.
- Candidates should possess Travel Management and Business Travel skills for handling complex itineraries and corporate travel needs.
- Knowledge of European destinations, routes, and travel products.
- Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or destination management company is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with booking and reservation systems; proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
