Role Overview The Turret Punching Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC turret punching machines to fabricate sheet metal components used in electrical panel boards and industrial automation systems. The role demands precision, technical expertise, and adherence to production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turret punching machines to punch sheet metal as per engineering drawings and specifications.

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.

- Set up tools, dies, and machine parameters for different punching operations.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy, hole alignment, and quality of finished components.

- Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes.

- Monitor production processes to minimize errors and reduce material wastage.

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards.

- Maintain production logs, job cards, and documentation.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC turret punching machine operation (preferably in electrical panel board manufacturing).

- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).

- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in electrical panel board manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of IEC/IS standards for fabrication.

- Team-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
