About the role

Vitamin Green is a women-centric nutraceutical brand focused on building a modern, science-backed women’s nutrition company.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in front of the camera, comfortable speaking naturally, curious about people, and genuinely enjoys creating social content.

This is primarily an on-camera content creation role. A significant part of the content will feature you speaking, explaining, reacting, interviewing or participating in Reels yourself.

Alongside this, you’ll also create vox pops and street interviews, work with other people for UGC-style content, and help us find creators or participants for barter collaborations when required.

We do not want someone who simply waits for a script and records it. We want someone who can understand who Vitamin Green is speaking to, what a campaign is trying to achieve, and then think about where to shoot, who to speak to, what to ask and how to turn that into interesting content.

What you'll do

- Appear in Vitamin Green Reels and short-form content and speak confidently and naturally on camera.
- Create organic, conversational videos around women’s health, nutrition, lifestyle, ageing, menopause, habits, misconceptions and relevant cultural conversations through Conducting vox pop street interviews
- Understand the audience and objective behind a campaign before planning the content. Suggest interview concepts, questions, locations, formats and people based on the campaign objective rather than simply executing instructions.
- At times source UGC creators,



micro-creators or people willing to collaborate on a barter basis when additional faces/content is not available
- Understand basic fundamentals such as lighting, framing, camera angle, background, audio/noise.
- Do basic Reel-style editing using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar. Add clean cuts, subtitles, basic music/audio, B-roll and simple transitions where appropriate.
- Review the content being produced and proactively suggest what we should do more of, stop doing or test next.

What we're looking for

- You should be someone who is: Very comfortable in front of the camera.
- Confident approaching and interviewing strangers.
- Familiar with Instagram and Reel culture.
- Familiar with basic short-form video editing.

You do not need years of professional experience. We care much more about your camera confidence, judgement, initiative, creativity and ability to execute. Previous experience in UGC, college content, vox pops, street interviews, creator content, presenting, theatre, journalism, media or Reel creation is a strong plus.
