About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the design and user experience for our flagship mobile application and web portals. This role is pivotal in translating complex, data-driven laboratory workflows into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance usability and engagement across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft seamless user journeys, develop wireframes, and produce high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and usability standards. Your work will directly impact how laboratory professionals interact with our products,



making their daily operations more efficient and error-free.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, with a robust emphasis on mobile application interfaces. Proficiency in Figma is essential, including expertise in components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.

Experience designing dashboards, complex data-entry screens, or enterprise software is highly preferred, as it demonstrates the ability to handle data-heavy interfaces effectively. A compelling portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, and finished UI assets is required for application, with links to platforms such as Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or personal websites. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote, agile environment and possess excellent communication skills.

A solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and design system management will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- User Research & Wireframing: Analyze complex laboratory workflows to design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify user interactions and improve workflow efficiency.
- High-Fidelity UI Design: Develop modern, pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web portals, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual appeal across all devices.
- Design System Management:



Maintain and expand Labquity’s design system and component library, ensuring a cohesive and accessible visual language that supports rapid development and scalability.
- Developer Hand-Off: Prepare and deliver comprehensive design specifications, including high-fidelity Figma files, to development teams, facilitating accurate implementation and seamless collaboration.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Create clickable prototypes for user testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs rapidly to enhance usability and user satisfaction based on real-world testing scenarios.
