Role Description This is a full-time, in office UI/UX Designer role based in Mumbai. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our product team and design intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences across our suite of enterprise applications.
You'll own the end-to-end design process—from understanding business requirements and user needs to creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll help shape the user experience across web, desktop, and mobile applications while establishing a unified design language and component library used throughout our products.
In this role, you'll help build a cohesive user experience across our entire product ecosystem. Your work will establish a unified design language, improve usability across multiple enterprise applications, and deliver high-quality prototypes and production-ready designs that enable engineering teams to build exceptional products efficiently
What You Will Do :
- Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise web, desktop, mobile, TV applications.
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive, user-centred interfaces.
- Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes using Figma.
- Own and evolve the company's design system, component library, and visual language across all products.
- Ensure consistency in user experience, branding, accessibility, and interaction patterns across multiple applications.
- Design complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, administration portals, reporting interfaces, and data-heavy applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work alongside frontend developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and design fidelity.
- Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and product requirements.
- Help define UX standards, interaction guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complete end-to-end product design projects from concept through delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including:
o Components o Auto Layout o Variables o Interactive Prototypes o Design Systems
- Strong understanding of:
o User Experience (UX)
o User Interface (UI)
o Interaction Design o Information Architecture o Visual Hierarchy o Responsive Design
- Experience designing dashboards, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, admin portals, or workflow-driven applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
- Ability to balance user needs with technical, business, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts for effective collaboration with engineers.
- Familiarity with React component libraries such as Material UI or Ant Design.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
- Experience with design tokens and developer handoff workflows.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
