UI/UX Designer Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Noida Job Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, visual design, and modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities Understand business and user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability analysis to improve product experiences.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Review designs with development teams and ensure accurate implementation.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.

Strong proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.

Good understanding of UX research, information architecture, user journeys, and usability principles.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.

Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.





Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.

- A strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects is required.
