About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and hands-on experience designing contemporary, intuitive, and user-friendly digital products using Figma.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design engaging user experiences for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and other digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive websites, landing pages, mobile applications, dashboards, and web applications.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, and overall visual design.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to improving user experience.
- Iterate and improve designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
- Organize and maintain Figma files, libraries, and components.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Robust proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design,



and accessibility.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user flows.
- Solid knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and FigJam is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share their portfolio along with their application.

The portfolio should demonstrate:

- Websites, mobile apps, dashboards, or SaaS products
- Wireframes and prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Design systems or component libraries (preferred)
