UI/UX Trainer – (Full-Time)

Position: UI/UX Trainer

Location: Kochi (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer to train, mentor, and guide students in designing user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling live classes, resolving student doubts, developing updated course content, and mentoring students through real-world projects and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online/offline UI/UX training sessions.
- Train students in UI Design, UX Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, and Design Thinking.
- Handle student queries and provide continuous learning support.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update course curriculum based on current industry trends.
- Create practical assignments, case studies, and real-world projects.
- Guide students in building professional portfolios and case studies.
- Conduct project reviews, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Introduce students to industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools.




- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training quality and learning outcomes.
- Support placement activities through portfolio reviews and interview preparation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Understanding of User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
- Experience in creating industry-relevant projects and assignments.
- Knowledge of current design trends and AI tools for designers is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design and/or Training.
- Experience handling student batches and live training sessions.
